Who it's for?

Beginners are welcome, and so are returning meditators. This is for anyone who wants clarity, inner depth, and to know themselves to a profound level. You will acquire the building blocks to a strong, sustainable meditation practice.

Your 7DMC Syllabus

  • Day 1: Welcome, foundations — the One Rule of Meditation, posture, the device, and our first practice together
  • Day 2: Focusing the mind
  • Day 3: Dealing with a chatty mind, surfacing emotions, movements of energy in and around your body
  • Day 4: Self-witnessing - the real meaning behind the phrase "being in the world, but not of it". Self & ego. The wallpaper analogy
  • Day 5: Mindfulness & dynamic awareness — an invitation to extend your practice into the world.
  • Day 6: Meditation and lifestyle. What to expect as you engage long term with meditation
  • Day 7: Integration — a practice you can keep, going forward, and an invitation to deeply explore who you are spiritually. And what to do on Day 8
